A one time setup charge of $50.00 for logo/artwork placement and/or minor heading/copy changes applies for most orders.
Setup charge includes placement of camera-ready artwork, paper proof (can be emailed (PDF) or faxed), and if needed, minor
clean-up, touch-up, typesetting, or re-sizing. There is no additional setup fee if the very same logo is used on any future orders.
Text and Logo Placement and Sizing ~ Your logo is applied in the area most suitable for the artwork.
High Resolution File is Best: At least 150 dpi, but 300 dpi is preferred.
Acceptable File Formats: Vector artwork is preferred (.eps, .ai, .cdr). Other acceptable file formats include jpg, psd, pdf or tiff.
Vector graphics are composed of paths, while raster files are composed of pixels.
Raster files, more commonly called bitmap, is not recommended. All files must be native files in the respective software programs.
Programs include: Adobe Photoshop CS2 - Adobe Illustrator CS2 - Adobe InDesign CS2 - Adobe Acrobat 7.0 - Quark Express 4.1.
Customer Approval********Production will begin with your approval of the proof. Paper proof will be emailed (PDF) or faxed.
Your logo/artwork will be applied in the area most suitable for the design specified. We will determine the most appropriate size for
your imprint information. Most orders can be fulfilled and delivered in approximately two weeks pending proof approval.
